Still receiving default reset password link

Hi,

I am currently using Toolset Reset Password Page and Forgot Password Page.

When I request password reset through Forgot Password Page, I must receive the reset password link directing to the Toolset Reset Password Page.

Issue:
When I don’t use the Notification Plugin, I do receive the right link, which directs me to the Toolset Reset Password Page. However, when I activate and use the plugin, I do receive the custom email except for the link, which replaced the default WordPress link for reset password.

Is there a way to fix this issue?
