I have this plugin installed on 2 client websites. I have global notifications disabled and I have every individual form notifications disabled. However, I am constantly receiving email notifications. It’s absolutely annoying!

Here is the email that I’m constantly receiving.

    Hi @creativeboro

Do you have any admin notice in the site in question from our plugin that’s mentioning potential errors having occurred? Or have you checked to confirm that these people were indeed added to the associated list in question?

Asking because we do force emailing in certain cases, to help avoid signup information loss, like if the API requests fail. This way, if push comes to shove, you could add the specific people to the list manually.

There are no errors in the admin and I do not have access to clients constant contact account to check.

This shows up in the plugin logs a lot
    [2022-09-25 11:36:13] reCAPTCHA.INFO: Failed to verify with Google reCAPTCHA [“Extra information”,[[[“timeout-or-duplicate”,”hostname-mismatch”,”action-mismatch”,”score-threshold-not-met”]]]] []

I did have the logs enable, but I’m not sure when I enabled them.

Would that cause the emails to continue be sent?

I don’t believe that one would. I also checked our code and we actually include a message about why the email was received as well, despite the settings used to ideally disable.

Do you have a link to a page with the form in question on it, I’m wondering if there’s anything I can discern with that part. Otherwise, any checking on our part would need to be done with elevated access, which ideally we wouldn’t need to be granted.

Was able to successfully submit with the first link, and I suspect you probably got an email notification for that one.

The forms on the second link both failed with Google errors.

Yes, I received the email notification on the first one, however I should not have received it.

The second on, I fixed the Recaptcha issue.

We’d like to take this support off of the public forums briefly and move it to private correspondence.

Can you reach out to [email protected] and CC [email protected] ?

Please include this link in the message so we know which support request it’s related to:

    Thanks.
