    Hi,

I have set up a Toolset password reset page and the forgot password page.
Any password reset from the forgot password page triggers the email with the link to the users.

    Issue:
I still receive the native WordPress default email.

    Tested:
    1. disabling all the plugins except BNWP and Toolset, then disabled Notification setting: not work
    2. disabling all the plugins except BNWP and Toolset, then enabled Notification setting: not work
    3. disabling all the plugins except BNWP: work, but only tested on default WordPress login page.
    4. disabling all the plugins except BNWP and Toolset, but requesting password reset from the default WordPress login page: work
(Work: I receive BNFW custom email)

    Concluded:
The BNFW is not compatible with the toolset, and requesting password reset through the toolset password reset page will hinder the BNWP to trigger the custom email.

There are other plugins or code to replace the issue, but I think It is very disadvantaged for me to miss the plugin like BNWP, which is very stable and well designed for managing custom email.

Please help me out to resolve the issue.

    Thank you

    Hi @andrewgchoi43,
    Thanks for your message.

I’ve seen this on other plugin recently too – namely Profile Builder.
Have you reached out to Toolset to see if they can help with the troubleshooting process?

In Profile Builder, it was essential to enable the notification within PB in order for the notification in BNFW to be able to override it. Otherwise, when set to false, they disable the email from the password reset/lost form completely and so BNFW can’t then override it at all.

    Hi @andrewgchoi43,
Can you also tell me which paid version of Toolset you’re using and if you’re using the latest versions of WordPress, Toolset, and BNFW?

    >>Would you please tell me how to enable it in PB? I can duplicate the situation to Toolset Support.

    >> I am currently using all the paid Toolset, but the Toolset Types and Toolset View (or Block) are the ones related to the current situation.
    >> Yes, the version is the newest one.

Thank you for the lightspeed reply.

    Hi @andrewgchoi43,
It was part of a larger fix that dealt with HTML and plain text email formatting that I’m currently working my way through for all BNFW notifications.

The solution probably won’t be the same for Toolset as it was for Profile Builder as PB use different hooks. It will most likely be similar though.

Can you tell me which of the three pricing options on this page you’re using for Toolset? I can then see if I can replicate the issue with the same version.

    Hi,

Thank you for your amazing support.

My pricing option is Toolset Interactive.

    Thank you ??
