Still redirection of not found pages to default WP page

    Hi

    After another similar plugin, in spite of setting my own Page not found redirection page not working, I reverted to your plugin, which was also easy to set up.
    I set my custom page not found error page.
    If I however type any non-existent site page, it almost always re-directs to the default WordPress page not found page, which does not have the information I want!

    This is exactly why I left the other 1, 2 plugins.
    What could be leading to the ignoring of the the custom page?

  • Maybe there’s a conflict with another plugin you are using. Please try deactivating all other plugins. If it then works please reactivate the plugins one by one to find out which one causes the problem. Let me know about the the result, I’ll try to fix.
