I created a subscription, then created a ‘hidden’ product in Woo, selecting it to only show when logged in and subscribed to that subscription, but the product still shows in the Woo product archive view (/shop).
I have now hidden it using the Woo hide product functionality, but is this the intended functionality? I would expect if the /shop page is opened in a private window the product would not show

    Hi @simonmaddox,

When using the?Restrict Product Viewing?functionality (from the PMS – WooCommerce integration), the product will still appear on the WooCommerce Shop page, but if you try to click on it or go directly to the specific URL for that product, then you will see the PMS Content Restriction message (so it is not possible to view the specific product details/information). Also, the “Add to Cart” button will be renamed to “Read More”.

    Thanks for your quick reply!

My use case is to create a section on a website where partners and agents can log in and download logos etc, but can also order publicity materials (e.g. 500 flyers for £20). As such there are ‘products’ the company is offering, but only available to the trade and should not be visible to general public.

Is there any way your plugin could be used to create a shop view that achieves this?

    Hi @simonmaddox,

Unfortunately, no. Paid Member Subscriptions doesn’t have a specific product (shop) functionality. What we have is the?integration with WooCommerce, but as stated above it is not possible to hide the products from being shown to logged-out users on the main WooCommerce Shop page.

    Kind regards,
