Still Showing On Mobile

    I set the snippet to show only on desktop (it is for a popup) but it is still showing on both mobile and desktop. It if for an email subscription service called FloDesk. I tried logging out and clearing cache and still it is displaying on mobile. Any ideas?

    Hello @murray644 – Can you please provide us with a screenshot of the snippet settings, along with the snippet title and ID? Please ensure that the snippet is active so that we can debug it easily.

    @99robotsteam , I have the same issue. I set up the pop up to only display on desktop but it’s still visible on mobile. How can I fix this?
