Still shows gstatic.com/wcm/loader

  • GTMetrix still shows https://www.gstatic.com/wcm/loader.js (1 hour) under Leverage browser caching.
    Using AutoOptimize, WPEngine CDN and OMGF. Enabled Web Font Loader, Remove Fonts, Serve from CDN.

    I did see a 1% improvement on both PageSpeed and YSlow with current settings. But gstatic loader.js is still being listed for Leverage Browser Caching.

    loader.js isn’t a font, which is why OMGF doesn’t remove it.

    I’m sorry, but this issue isn’t related to OMGF. If you want to host that file locally, try using a child theme to overwrite the file requesting it. Then load it from a local source.

    My bad, WCM appears to be a call tracking script, so it’s not related at all! Kudos to your immediate response, like only 5 minutes after I posted this. And thanks for your hard work on the OMGF plugin. I’m going to try your CAOS plugin right now, but I’m unclear on how to implement it with Tag Manager. I will post on the CAOS forum.
