    Yes the plugin is still functional with WordPress 3.8.1. I just tested it and updated the compatibility information.

    While, testing I found a problem in how channel is handled. I have fixed it as well in v1.2.1 of the plugin.

    Try out the latest plugin and it should work without any issues in WordPress 3.8.1
