Still waiting for my refund – PRO version

Hi there,
On July 7th, I bought the PRO version of Essential Addons in hope that some of the features would be the ones I was looking for, but they weren’t – so I asked for my money back, since it’s “guaranteed”.
I’ve been now waiting for 3 weeks to get my refund. I contacted you several times by e-mail and I’ve always been asked to wait a little bit longer – which is not an answer to me, so I hope that posting a public message will move this unfortunate situation forward.
While my purchased is labeled as “refunded” on my account, I still didn’t get the money and I’ve been very patient so far. My bank cannot help because, well, the issue isn’t on their end.
I’d really appreciate if you take this message into consideration, because I start to lose patience and that’s really no way to treat a customer.
