Still wpcf7_mail_components is working on new version?

Hi,
My client’s theme file have following script
add_filter('wpcf7_mail_components', 'addToEmail');Now code is not working with Latest Version of Contact Form 7 plugin. is this ‘wpcf7_mail_components’ available in latest version of this plugin?
