    Hello,

    In Stock central, some products are marked in red, under Stock indicator as Out of stock. The product is actually not out of stock, it shows stock qty correctly. I tried disabling cache plugins, products re-saving, but nothing worked.

    How can I fix this?

    Did you try changing the stock manually from the product page before resaving?

    Yes, I tried that on few products. but the issue is still there. I also deactivated all caching related plugins, wordpress and plugins are all up-to date.

    What should I do?

    One more thing, Would this error cause me not getting products out of stock emails correctly?

    We need to understand your configuration.
    Are you using the out of stock threshold globally (from WooCommerce settings) or at product level (using ATUM’s Out of stock threshold field)?

    We are using ATUM’s Out of stock threshold field..

    If you need any other info from me, It’d be great if there’s a way I could send you diagnostic info or similar so you can see everything you’d like to see..

    I see. And those items that you are seeing as “out of stock”, did reach the out of stock threshold?
    This could be a possible reason.

    Thank you for the response..

    The out of stock threshold is set to Zero. But even with the products have stock value greater than zero, are being marked in red cross..

    If the out of stock threshold is zero, I see no reason for this, indeed.
    In order to investigate this, we would need to take a look at your configuration.
    Might you open a private ticket and give us access, please?
