Stock levels keep changing

    I’m having a weird problem. I update my stock levels eg I put 0 when an item is out of stock and it saves as 0 but then at some point, some of them will revert back to the old quantity and people are still able to order them. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks

    Hi there,

    That is definitely not normal. Do you perhaps have other plugins that may be causing this? Any stock management type plugins or stock sync..etc?
