Stock management – disable decrease?

    I’m looking for a hook or something to stop WooCommerce from decreasing stock after purchase.

    Customer had two possibilities, rental or purchase.
    When rental stock shouldn’t change – but I’ll keep score of the rental numbers in custom field of sort.

    When purchase stock can be reduced as it ‘should’.

    Any hooks, ideas,…
