Stock management on Variable product

    I’m doing a site for a small home food business. Since everything is made fresh, there’s no real stock, so is it possible to make a product(s) available or not, rather than managing stock?

    Yes, this is certainly possible. All you need to do is disable the Manage Stock setting under Dashboard > WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Inventory > Manage Stock, and then disable the Manage Stock settings from the product itself under the Inventory tab.

    After you have disabled all the levels of stock management, you can simply control the availability of the product by using the In Stock or Out of Stock order status for each product.

    Kindly note that the Out of Stock status will disable the purchase of that specific product.
