Stock not being deducted from 1 location

    Hi,

    We have 3 stock locatons and all three have been configured to ‘Auto Order Allocate’

    This works fine for 2 of the locations but the highest proirity location never auto allocates even if it is the only location for a particular product and it’s always necessary to manually allocate the stock for any products with that location in the order.

    All locations are enabled correctly.

    Any suugestions on what might be going wrong ?

    Dear Simon,

    This feature was tested carefully before release, sometimes results are different due to the inventory level available and we can only know it after thorough troubleshooting. Don’t worry, this feature is working perfectly. I will post a video recording of this feature soon, watch that and compare the settings.

    Hi Fahad,

    Thanks for your response – our problem is that we do not want any manual editing of quatntities within an order – only auto allocate for all locations. We have a problem where the stock is not auto allocated within the order even if it’s in stock and only in that location. We have checked the setting and it’s defintely set to auto allocate, so it’s a bit of a mystery.

    Hi Mamood,

    We are still seeing a problem with stock not beeing automatically deducted from one particular location, even if it’s the only location that has thar particular product. An example order looks like this:

    So it’s requesting that we enter the stock dedeucted from that location manually, even that it’s set to Auto Allocate:

    Is there anything else that we could have missed with the setup ?

    I have released an updated version after your requests, I am not sure if you have already tried those and please must consider the cron job scripts so the inventory can be updated timely.
