Stock not decreasing when adding item in the reopened order

  • product with varieties and also single product
    last Storefront from 28.8.2017, all last updates
    When I reopen order (waiting for payment) and add some goods, those items are not reduces in stock and remain available although already sold.
    Stock auto administration is allowed and otherwise working perfectly for single and variety product as well.
    I guess it is a program issue …?
