Stock not returning after updating to WooCommerce 3.0.7

I fixed this issue with another more serious issue (the orders were reduced every time the order was saved) with WooCommerce 3. I made a pull request to fix the issues: https://github.com/claudiosanches/reduce-stock-of-manual-orders-for-woocommerce/pull/3

Please merge my PR and update the plugin if you find my solution acceptable. I haven’t tested backwards compatibility but I made the changes with that in mind and I think not a lot of people will update the plugin without updating WooCommerce first.

I am also interested in this. I have made a single-line edit to my copy of the file that seems to work, but it is not backwards compatible. This was a great plugin that solved some missing functionality for our needs. I would be glad to see it supported.
