Stock Photo Site

    I am planning to set up a free Stock Photo site using WordPress, however I am a little bit stuck on a few things. If anyone has any suggestions I would really appreciate it..

    I would like all of the photos to appear in a gallery on the home page, and I would also like them to be searchable (I was thinking of using NextGen Gallery).

    When the user clicks on a photo that they would like, I would like either a button or pop up box for them to be able to click to download a full resolution version of the image, and possibly a box for them to tick to agree to terms & conditions. I would also like it to be easy for the user to add a credit or link back to the site.

    Any help and suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
