Stock Price not Updating ( In real time)

I have a large discrepancy between the stock numbers displayed on our site and what can be found in a place like Google when you search TSE:CPX, Please advise. Some details below

1. Running W.P 6.62
2. The Stock Quote plugin is fully updated.
3. I have a premium Alpha Vantage API Key
4. I have it set to 60 request/min
5. TSE:CPX
6. We have reviewed the error logs, and nothing has been flagged in reference to this process
7. I have purged the Cache(we have even disabled the Caches and CDN)
8. The web host has confirmed the data is getting through to our site.
9. I have done a manual fetch (more than once), and it returns that the D.B. has been updated.
10. I have adjusted the settings for Cahe timeout and fetch timeout

But still, the stock is way behind the current price. Currently, there is about a 2 dollar difference. Please advise.
