    Hi,

    It’s really great plugin.

But recently I found bug after updating WooCommerce to newest version and this plugin newest version as example below :
    – Product A has 11 item in Product Page (dashboard)
    – After activate Cart Stock Reducer feature (not Expire Items, it’s work fine) , the stock displayed in Single Product Page (customer view) is reduced by 1 from the real stock , showing just 10 .
    – And disabling reducer feature , the stock is not reducing.

    So can you fix this?
    Or any solutions ?
NB: If you are asking me about disable all plugin and activate it one by one, it would be the last resort.

    Thank you.

Sorry, your description isn’t clear to me as to what is actually happening. Can you try to explain more.

Was everything working fine before updating WooCommerce but after the update it is not working properly?

    James,

    Yes that’s what I mean.
Before update , I used version 1.15 of this plugin and WooCommerce 2.4.10 and now I’m using the newest version and WooCommerce 2.6.4 .

So my problem is the difference between stock in dashboard and stock displayed in single product. The main feature, reducing stock in cart display without reducing the real stock in dashboard, is working fine. But the stock amount displayed in single product reduced by 1 from the real stock while the cart is empty.

Is my explanation clear enough? Sorry for bad english.

    Thanks

Are you sure that there isn’t an item in an abandoned cart? If the expire feature was not enabled and an item was added, it won’t expire from the cart even if the expire feature is later turned on.

Can you try to clear all the WooCommerce carts/sessions?

    James,

    Sorry for late response.

I’m sure there isn’t item in cart because it’s still in development mode and just me who access it.
The expire feature is not turned off when I found this.

Haven’t tried to clear cart/sessions , where can I do this? Clear browser cache or using WooCommerce tools?

Many thanks for the response James ??

From the admin dashboard go to WooCommerce->System Status->Tools and click the button marked ‘Clear all sessions’
