• Hello!

    I have a question about stock status.
    According to my boss, if I put “in stock” for a specific product (and do not add a manual number), then after 3 hours this will sync to our warehouse system and show whatever nr we have in the warehouse system for that product. Is this how it should work according to you?

    Because when I try to do this and wait 3 hours, it still says just “In stock”. However if I wait til the next day I can see that some products are still “In stock” and some products have a nr associated with them. It is very confusing.

  • @isabella92 – it sounds like y’all may be using an integration to communicate with your warehouse. Do you happen to know if there’s an additional plugin being used on the site to add this functionality?

    Hello!

    Sorry for the late reply. Yes we are using Visma/Sharespine I believe. I don’t know exactly how it is set up, but I am pretty sure it is not via a plugin, none of my plugins seem to relate to this.
