Stock Ticker 3: How To Install and do Initial Setup

    Please before you open new topic to report some issue with Stock Ticker v3, make sure that you follow installation and initial setup instructions from video below.

    In general:

    • Regularly install and activate plugin to WordPress
    • Go to plugin settings page and follow link to Claim your free API Key from AlphaVantage.co
    • Go back to plugin settings page and enter received API Key
    • Set stock symbols you’ll use on website to field All Stock Symbols
    • Save Changes
    • On plugin settings page click button Fetch Stock Data Now! to do initial stock fetch from AlphaVantage.co to database
    • Insert Stock Ticker by shortcode or widget

    Please note, when you reporting some issue, make sure to you provide as much as possible details about issue and how to reproduce is, including:

    1. Version of WordPress and Stock Ticker you use (make sure you have latest WordPress and Stock Ticker)
    2. Version of PHP and MySQL/MariaDB database
    3. Have you fully followed installation and initial setup instructions from above
    4. Is issue on front-end or in back-end and what steps you do to reproduce issue
    5. Some screenshot or even video about issue is more than welcome
    6. Link to website with Stock Ticker, if possible
