    Hello,
    ALD uptomatic Aliexpress stokc update is not working and our stocks are not matching with the Aliexpress product page.
    1 – What should I do to check ALD quantity/stock update to have it work?
    2 – Is there any way to trigger stock update instead of waiting scheduled stock update time to be sure as it’s working?

    Hi,

    1. The premium version includes a feature that automatically updates product stock. You can verify the change in the Logs after syncing.
    2. Manually updating product stock via the extension is supported, and this feature is also premium. Please refer to the following documentation.

    Hello,
    I see the message “Your support time is expired. Please renew here”.
    I had this issue from the day 1st I bought the plugin but haven’t had time to investigate and evaluate it. Do I have to renew the support to be able to get support from you?

    Hi,

    I first reviewed the error message, which stated: App invalid, so please check your access token duration to see if it is valid or expired, and obtain a new access token if it is expired.
