Stock=1 but "out of stock"?

Hello,
I have got a problem with the stock.
I want to sell articels which just exist once (some handemade stuff).
If I put the stock to 1, the Status is automatically “out of stock“. I can’t find where to fix it …Maybe anyone can help me?!
