    Hi,

Firstly this is a really great plugin. I have installed it on my site and it works as advertised except for 2 small things.

I have checked the box for “Ignore Parent Clicks” and left the box unchecked for “Auto Expand Sub-Menus”.

Despite this when I toggle the menu it opens displaying all the 1st and second level items instead of just the 1st level items and when I click the 1st level items with sub-pages it just goes to the top level page rather than collapse/expand the sub-menu items.

I have tested this with a custom theme as well as with the 2013 wp theme.

    Thank you.

  • Hi xhanubis,

Thanks for downloading and using the plug-in.

If you could provide me with your site URL then I’ll take a look at this for you and see what the issue is exactly.

    Many thanks

    Hi Peter,

Thanks for your response. My URL is https://teen360.org/ I have updated the plugin to the latest version but the problem still persists.

    Hi xhanubis,

This is very odd. If you have unchecked the “Auto Expand Sub-Menus” option then this should not be happening.

Could you please provide me with a WordPress Admin login so I can take a look at it for you to [email protected].

    Many thanks

    Peter

    Hi again,

I just looked again and it looks like your menu sub-items have the class “children” instead of the usual “sub-menu”, is this something you changed or could change back to “sub-menu” unless it is really needed, this could potentially fix the issue.

    Many thanks

I have sent you and administrative login as, my menu is just the regular wordpress list pages…I have added nothing so not sure why that would be the case. Please take a look and see if you can help.

    Hey xhanubis,

    Thanks for this.

I will try and take a look at this tonight for you!

    Many thanks

    Hi xhanubis,

I have just logged into the WordPress admin but I only have access to my Profile and the Dashboard nothing else.

Please could you give me admin access so I can check.

Also, please could you send me FTP details as having looked at the source code I think I will need to have a look at why it is putting the class “children” and not “sub-menu”.

    Many thanks

I sent you the FTP information as well as made you a super user.

    Hey xhanubis,

I believe I have fixed this now.

Could you check and confirm that all is as expected.

    Many thanks

    Peter

I’m experiencing the same problem. Can you enlighten me on the fix. My ul has the class of sub-menu.

    New thread please…
