Stop Auto Scroll when user clicked select button

Hello everyone,

I am having an issue at the checkout page where when someone clicks on any select button (a dropdown menu in State selection or Donation selection), the window automatically gets scrolled to the top. I tried disabling each plugin one by one but it doesn’t fix the issue. Please help.
