I want to keep my version of 2.3.5 and suddenly it upgraded itself on its own accord! I had to again install older version. I do not like your new update and don’t with to have it even if now you finally fixed some bugs and it functions no longer destroying my page editor finally.
    I hate the new layout.

  • I don’t think autoupdate is an expected behaviour from Yoast, but rather an option you enabled somewhere in WordPress.
I think I’ve seen a proposal from Jetpack to enable their feature for autoupdate of plugins, and accepted by mistake. But then I disabled it.

Never was before but I distinctly saw it was upgraded today to 3.0.3 in spite I never did upgrade and I double checked with my WP Simple Firewall plugin and all auto-updates are inactive. So after I deleted the 3.0.3 and uploaded yet again the 2.3.5 I say 2 notices about updated to 2.3.5 and above it one for 3.0.3 again. Thankfully now it has not repeated the same trick. For so many bugs I really do not wish to have it auto update at all.
