Stop category nesting in permalinks

is there a way to stop permalink category nesting?
I don’t want it to show them in the permalink like that:https://212.241.76.7/blackbox/kategorie/inhalt/thriller
where inhalt=parent and thriller=child.
how can I transform it to
https://212.241.76.7/blackbox/kategorie/thriller
