Stop data toggle tabs jumping to top of page

Under the AUCTION INFORMATION section at the bottom next to BIDS
When the SHIPPING or PAYMENT tabs are clicked the page jumps to the top of the page. This affects all the auction items. Any suggestions on how to stop this? Appears it might be bootstrap.js setting.
