Stop Displaying Recent Posts

I use Easyindex to display the various blog/post entries I have based on the categories I have selected. I am using the Theme Twenty Seventeen. On my top menu, the second entry is what I want people to use to display all of my posts. On the very right side of the menu is a down arrow. Pressing that will display the most recent post. I would like to eliminate that. I’ve tried creating a Static page, but I do think that is what I need. I just want to disable that down arrow and to change the ENTER key to use Index of all Posts instead
