Stop emails to admin when someone does quiz

    Hello,
    When someone completes my quiz, I (the admin) get an email notification. How do I turn this off?

  • Hi Zsedeny,

    When you create a new Quiz/Survey; by default, it comes with two predefined email formats one mentioning the User Email and the other mentioning the Quiz Admin Email id in “Who to send the email to? Put %USER_EMAIL% to send to user” text field; an email is sent to the user (if you already have asked the user to enter their email before/after quiz submission by configuring the Contact Form in Contact Tab) and the admin with the questions and answers submitted by the user. So just delete the second email format section and click on the save emails button, you can check more details on the given link. Hope your issue will get resolved.     Thanks so much. That was very clear and I’ve fixed it.

    Hi,

    I am having a similar problem. Every time someone takes a quiz I get an email that shows their response to questions.

    How do I stop this? in you response above you say to just “delete the second email format section.”

    I don’t see any part of the email responses (When I click the Email tab) that has this as a section heading. I only see the text box for Who to send it to, the subject, and the Email Content section.

    Could you explain in more detail what you mean?
