Stop error message when NOT sending email (autoresponder)

Is there a way NOT reporting an error when the autoresponder email was NOT send?

A few mail servers stop the autoresponder (send to the person filling out the form) as spam or refuse to accept the email for other reasons, e.g. they recognise it comes from a form.

So although I/We receive the email correctly the email is marked a “NOT SEND”.
I got around this by NOT sending the second email, although I really like to send it and only a FEW people will not receive the 2nd email but NO error message is displayed.
