Stop Featured Pik From Appearing on Multi Pages

    Because of the way I post, I only want a featured image to be shown on Page 1 of the document.

    Now that I am going to start pagination, I am finding that the featured image is showing up on all pages.

    Is there a way to stop it from showing on subsequent or child pages?
