Stop getting alpha/beta builds

If you have installed Alpha/Beta/RC version, it will fetch autoupdates in branch until it reaches stable release, next update of stable version will happen to next release in same branch. Unless…

If you have beta tester plugin, it will autoupdate your WordPress according to its settings.

I haven`t opted for any RC release… one day i just noticed that i get regular updates to my WP for some reason .. even after i installed the non Alpha/Beta/RC WP … the site still got automatically updated to the RC versions …

Can you check (and paste here) Dashboard: Tools > Health Check information from your site?

i see nothing that can affect core autoupdates.

WP 5.5.1 is going to release soon.
Lets see if your WP installation will autoupdate to Alpha/Beta/RC after being updated to 5.5.1

I`ll do some tests on a subdomain site to see if it behaves like that as well.
