I have games inside iframes. Many games have a screen that prevents the games from autoplaying and are launchable via a button.

Unfortunately, some games start on their own. This is bad for performance and for those who want to read the article without distractions.

Could you add a feature that blocks iframe autoplay, add a button to start the iframe, and replace the default iframe block?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi @ildomandatore – that seems like it is beyond the scope of a plugin like Boost. As the website owner, can you modify the HTML of your own embeds, so they don’t autoplay?

If I use custom CSS, I cannot make changes to the game screen. Maybe in the HTML code, but I highly doubt I can replace their autoplay blocker.

But I don’t even know where to ask questions like that and do the work myself…

Everyone tells me to hire experts, as if I can’t do the thing myself and have money to spend.

I see you’re embedding the games from other sites, so you should talk to the development teams on those sites about this problem.
