Due to a mistake, one of our customers installed Jetpack. Now we have deactivated and deleted the plugin. But JetPack is still tracking in the backend. How can we prevent this?

    Hi @tf28

If you have deactivated and deleted the plugin, Jetpack should not be tracking your site.

As a first step, I would recommend clearing any plugin and server caches in case those are caching versions of your page on which Jetpack Stats were still included.

If that doesn’t solve the issue, we’ll need more clarification on what you mean by Jetpack tracking in the backend as well as the URL of your site.

If you want it to remain private, you can also contact us via this contact form.
