    Whilst I appreciate the app and I have it installed but I’m not currently using it.

    However I don’t like being nagged for a review. When I keep clicking dismiss to the message asking for a review, it just keeps coming right back. So what’s the point of having a dismiss button!

    The plugin is great but the reviews should be optional and without undue pressure.

    Edit: I’ve had to deactivate the plugin to get rid of the nagging message!

    I’ve upgraded my review to 5 stars after the prompt customer service received regarding the issue mentioned above. It’s now been updated and fixed, thank you.

    As said earlier the Hustle plugin is a great tool to increase and manage signups to my email list. There are many uses and I plan to make the most of it.

    Hi @cosydan6 sorry for the negative experience, it certainly shouldn’t be the case that you were being harassed for a review (that’d 100% be a bug / issue) and we never seek to apply undue pressure or offer payment for reviews.

    If you could let us diagnose what went wrong (possibly a cache issue) so that we can fix it (and like @wpmudevsupport17 said, hopefully fix your review too – 1 star reviews really really hurt our ability to provide and support free plugins at wp.org, you need like 20 5 stars to ‘adjust’ in the eyes of the algorithm) then that’d be great.

    Thank you for sharing the video! This is clearly a bug and indeed it was already reported to our team – we’ve found the cause and there’s a fix ready for this. The fix will be released as an update to the plugin shortly.

    Once again, we’d like to underline that as much as we love hearing feedback from the users of our products, it’s never our intention to force that in any way – it was and will be an optional thing.

    In fact, the issue here occurs while the plugin is saving a setting to the database that says that the message should not be shown any more. That saving process is what got stuck here and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this has caused.

    I’ve already notified the team about your report so they will know that’s an urgent matter. Hopefully we can regain your trust on this and turn this into a positive experience.
