Stop Orders Auto-Completing?

    Hi Guys,

    I’m using a 3PL for our ecom business and their API sends tracking info to Woo orders then it is autocompleting orders and sending out Order Complete emails to customers, we prefer to do this manually! please how can i stop Orders from doing this automatically?

  • You need to reach out to the 3rd Party app author and ask them. By default Woo does not auto complete unless told to by an app or hook.

    We don’t support 3rd party apps in this forum. This is strictly for WooCommerce Core only.

    Thanks everyone, apologies for the late reply! perfect i have requested the 3rd party provider to figure out what the issue is ??
