stop receiving email on main email

  • Hello,

    I would like to get notifications to a different email then my default one. I have put the new email information into the email setup but I still receive email in my old email account.
    How can I stop getting email to that old account?

    What emails are you getting – WooCommerce order notifications or some other notifications? Might be worthwhile going to https://YOURWEBSITE/wp-admin/options.php and changing all instances of the email address on that page (Make a backup of your website before changing the settings on that page – it’s a pretty dangerous page to be on, which is why WP hides it by default).

    Riaan. In that link you gave me I have the correct email written.. where else can I change emails? everywhere I go I see the correct one. I cant find the place where the wrong email is written

    To be more specific I guess I found another place but can’t seem to find how to change the email to customer billing information

    Hi Riaan @riaanknoetze!

    The email is the Merchant Email Receipt from authorize.net. How can I fix it so I get these email to a different email address?
    I looked at the options.php page but I wasn’t sure which to change.
