Stop renaming file after upload

    Hello,

    Love the plugin. I am using it on my site. I have one problem. The file thats uploaded by the user gets renamed when I am downloading it thus making it hard to recognize and having to keep going back to order page to check order number. I do not want to keep renaming it again and again.

    Instead please tell me how is it possible to keep the file name intact and maybe just append the order ID to it in the beginning or end or just keep it intact with no change.

    Hello FiD,

    We’ve chosen to rename the files for security reasons. We’re not going to change this in WooCommerce Upload My File because we think it’s the best way to keep your files secure for everyone.

    In the PRO version there is a setting to append the original filename to the rewritten filename for better recognizing.
