Stop row background image parallax effect??

    I’ve been trying to work out how to stop the background parallax effect on a Call to Action widget’s row. Whatever setting I choose it always parallax’s and I’d just like to make the ‘row’ background image be static/fixed.

    Does any know how I achieve this?
