    I was wondering if it’s possible in the settings to stop the 3rd email from being sent with the coupon code for people who have already used the coupon code once before?

    Hi,

    If the customer recovered the cart by clicking on the Checkout button in a previous email, then he applies the coupon and places the order, the following email will no longer be sent, and he will no longer be able to apply coupons from that email.

    Thank you for confirming how the email logic works.

    I would also like to know if the option “Delete abandoned records” in the settings is what resets the abandoned cart email sequence?

    So for example, if I set it to 365 days, does that mean a customer who previously abandoned their cart will start receiving the email sequence again?

    This option will delete the recorded abandoned cart information.
    Similar to your example, this cart information will be deleted, not reset time.
