Stop Sending Email to undeliverable addresses

    We filled out a test form with an incorrect email address over 1 month ago. Contact Bank is trying to email this address every day – 3-5 times per day, which is producing a lot of “undelivered” mail in our inbox. I’d like to change the settings so that Contact Bank only tries 3 times, then stops. where do I do this? Thanks!

    We would suggest you to kindly contact to your Host provider because transportation of the emails is handled by the Host provider.
