    We have tested this in our test environment and were unable to replicate the issue. The email was not sent to the customer when importing. Can you please let us know if you are using any third-party plugin on your site related to emails? If yes then please mention it and share the zip file of the same.

    I just experienced this too. Fortunately, I only exported and imported 10 orders. But it is very embarrassing and I have to contact the 10 customers who did receive a “bonus” order confirmation.
