Stop showing the price per word on the product page

I’m very sorry for the delay getting back to you. Are you saying you don’t want any price displayed at all until the user uploads their document?

It is, but it’s tough to make it a priority because it’s one of our least popular plugins. We actually built this specifically for my wife’s website, and I figured if I was going to build it I might as well make it a publicly available plugin. I know she’s going to be asking me for some updates here soon, and then it will become a priority. ??

If there was ever something that made it break we would look to get it updated quickly to fix it. For example, we’re working hard on our other plugins to ensure WooCommerce 3.0 compatibility in our next updates. I haven’t had any reports of problems with this on 3.0 yet. Maybe you can tell me if you’re already updated and running into any issues..??

One thing I’ve noticed is that when a new document is uploaded it goes to my Media folder? Is there any way of changing this?

One thing I have noticed actually is that when I try to put a minimum price into the settings globally, it just charges the price of one word (i.e. 0.02).

Please can you share how you managed to stop showing the price on the product page? I only want it to show the total price, not the price per word. I have various prices, and Price Per Word only seems to show the lowest price I entered on the product page, whereas the actual price might be higher because of variables. This is confusing for the client.
