Stop Spammers *and* WPBruiser

Is it worth it to have both Stop Spammers *and* WPBruiser plugins activated? Or do they essentially do the same thing? I’m trying to cut down on plugin usage, and want to know if this is something I really need activated if I already have WPBruiser.
