    Hi,

    When you delete a post, page, or taxonomy, it would help if you define if you have another related post or page you would like to redirect it to (creating a 301 redirect) or if you want to let the search engines know that it should be deleted and there is no replacement (creating a 410 redirect). This helps you avoid 404 errors as well.

    With the redirect manager in Yoast SEO Premium, the plugin informs you of this and provides you with options to create the corresponding redirect. You can learn more about it here — https://yoast.com/wordpress/plugins/seo/redirect-manager/

    Once you reload the categories page, the notification should no longer appear on your WordPress dashboard.

    Sorry, Michael, did you actually read my post? Resolved by uninstalling this bogus plugin, thank you for making delete function work perfectly
