Stop using target attribute

    Please, could not stop using the target attribute?

    Confused target = ‘_blanc “for onClick =” window.open (this.href) return false; “
    Is it possible?

    What is actually a reason, to use target blanc and not JS?

    For me (and my clients) is the validity of sites often an indicator of the quality of work.
