    It was working fine, but after 3 days I got this message.

    There seems to be an issue with your site’s WP Cron configuration that prevents Koko Analytics from automatically processing your statistics. If you’re not sure what this is about, please ask your webhost to look into this.

    Download the Cron manager plugin, I attach the screenshot.
    What could it be?

    PS: For testing purposes Koko Analytics is the only plugin that is active.

    Please go to Settings > Permalinks and click the Save button there to (re)create your htaccess file.

    does that solve the problem?

    right now your /wp-json api isn’t reachable

    Updating the Permalinks solved the problem, thank you very much.
