    Hello,

    I have be used Print Friendly plugin since more than 2 years and it was working fine (I had defined the needed content to be printed thanks to the “print-only” class). Till some weeks (can’t say the exact date), the plugin does not follow the “print-only” class and then, does not visualize and / or print the content that have been defined thanks to this class.
    For info, the content that have to be printed is located in a part of a page that is protected (Not the whole page, bbut just a part of it – I’m using the Toolset Access plugin for that). Did you made a change in your plugin in the last months that forbids to print content that is not in a fully public allowed page?

    For non public pages you need to subscribe to https://www.printfriendly.com/button/pro for PrintFriendly to work.

    It may have worked in the past for certain websites but that was a due to an exception which we have recently removed

    Thanks for your quick answer.
    I just seen that you propose different options for your paid plugin.
    For my specific case (non public pages), can I just use the basic one (40$ yearly)?

    Yes. Basic one should suffice.

    mine stop working too, we had it on private pages. Is the $40 yearly price for updates or to keep it working, does it have a credit system? there is no much info about the paid plan, please clarify

    Hi Alex,

    $40/year is for our Pro features (now and in the future). Updates to the plugin does not incur any extra fee.

    I’m not sure what you mean by a credit system.

    i meant, what kind of subscription is it? with most plugins, you buy a license to get updates for a year, but after a year, if you don’t want to buy another license, you can keep it, it will still work, but you cannot update it, so can you tell me more about the pro version

    There are two sets of features in the same plugin. Free and Pro. The free features will work without any subscription and Pro features will work as long as subscription is active.

    Some of the pro features are

    * Plugin will work on private/password protected pages
    * Ad-free (free version shows ads in the Print/PDF dialog)
    * Plugin works in the browser using javascript and is faster

    You can install the plugin, use it to understand free features and then activate a free pro trial from the plugin settings to understand pro features.
